Hi my names Elma I'm 15 years old but very independent and mature. I don't have any specific qualifications as I am still in school but have done 25% of my GCSEs and got a result of an A*, all my practice exams have excellent grades. I love reading, being active and being surrounded by children. I have had previous experience with family members due to having a big loving family, I have always been surrounded by kids and love them which is why i think this would be the perfect job for me. As i take certain subjects in school I have learnt a lot about communicating with young children as well as older children too, not only that but I have taken part in a lot of leading activities to do with younger children from nursery and onwards.
