Zainab, child care in Peterborough PE1

Hi. I'm Zainab, a 16 year old student who is currently in her first year of A Levels. I am studying Biology, chemistry, psychology and maths. At GCSE I achieved 2 A*s, 6 A's and 2 B's.

In the future, I would like to become a paediatrician so looking after children would be a great start to the experience.
Past experience I have is related mostly to my sister who is 12 years younger than me and my cousins who I babysit on a regular basis. I helped to look after my sister from the moment she was born so I am capable of changing clothes, diapers, feeding and putting babies to sleep.

I would prefer to be babysitting infants from 9 months to 6 years as these are the ages I would like to work with however I am more than capable of caring for other ages too.

I am an incredibly patient person and have great communication skills. As a reading buddy and maths ambassador in my school, I have learnt to become a great listener and am exceptional at helping younger students with their reading or homework.
I also love baking, especially cakes and other desserts so would love to be able to help out in the kitchen when I can. I also have a love for animals, especially cats as I have a pet kitten of my own at home.

As my sister has been growing up, she has reintroduced me to all the games and nursery rhymes I remember from my childhood including tig, hide and seek and many more.
