Hannah, child care in Sheffield

My name is Hannah Marie i am very friendly and kind natured :)
i currently work at Kingwood day nursery Monday to thursday working with children under 2 years old, i love my job and i enjoy teaching children and caring for there individual needs.

In the moment teaching:
I love to get each and every child engaged in learning through play, i like to engage a childs brain by asking them open ended questions so instead of planning an activity i try asking the child what activitiy they would like to do for example if they would like to ''do house work like mummy'' or ''i want to look like elsa'' we may gather the bits and bobs we have and make a (washing machine/cooker or a princess crown with a wand) this is very benneficial for a childs development as its giving them a choice of what they would like to do and they arent likely to get bored infact they will be very excited about there finishing product!
