Abbie, child care in Londonderry

Im abbie im 17 years old, i did one week work experience when i attended lisneal college and i did the work experience in caw community playgroup. I now go to customized training services and im aiming to get level 2 certificate in childcare i would rather be working with playgroup/nursery aged groups. In customized training services i am in mon-wed from 10am to 3.15pm and thursday is childcare day from 10am to 1pm and friday is placement day. For placement i went back to caw community playgroup because i enjoyed it so much.i have had the access NI check two times one for customized training and one for caw community playgroup. Some of the dutys i did was set up activitys for the children, supervised them outside, helped clean up, helped them with things like putting there aprons on for the water tray and painting, role playing e.g playing a sick patient when the home corner was a hospital because they change the home corner weekly. I would say my qualitiles as a childcarer would be being confident, able to have a laugh, responsiable, honest, trustworthy, able to role play well and get involed and good at time keeping. I also volunteer in caw youth club for the primary and intermediate clubs.
