Hi there, my name is Kirsty. I currently work at a Midlothian school but will be looking for term time babysitting work and the odd weekend work too. I dont currently have any children, so pretty flexible with time.
I have been working as a learning assistant for over a year now and love it. My child care experience is pretty broad as I have worked in nurseries, a support working for additional support needs children as well as primary, so currently have the most experience with primary aged children now though.
I am always keen to meet new families and get to know them, so I have a trusting and friendly relationship with children plus their families. I am able to cook and help with children's homework too. I am also fun and up for taking children out places as I have a driving licence for nearly 6 years as well, so easy to take children in my car but don't mind walking too. As I am also a playground supervisor, I know some outdoor fun games and always love playing board games/puzzles with the kids too.
I have been interested to work with children since I was 13 years old and currently love building new experience in my career in child care. I have just updated my first aid and have a HNC in child care. If you need help term-time when the kids are off school, I am happy to see if I can help. I hope to hear from you soon.
