I am a highly self-motivated, capable and conscientious student who plans to study Midwifery at uni in September 2016. I am currently finishing the International Baccalaureate at Colchester Sixth Form College, studying English, Maths, Italian, Biology, Art, Theory of Knowledge and Psychology. I have a passion for childcare and hope to complete work experience in the care industry before uni. I was voted 'kindest of the year group' in secondary school and hope to transfer this approach in childcare.
Previously I have looked after children from the ranges of 3-13 in three different families. I have a wide range of volunteer experience for organisations such as FoodCycle (cooking for the homeless), Madras Cafe (Cooking to raise money for Action Village India), Oxfam, WWOOF in Spain( willing Workers on Organic Farms) and Nearly New Sales in the surrounding area.
I am available after 6 on weekdays (after 3 on Thursdays) and all day at weekends.
