Ella, child care - PE21 Wyberton

Hello, my name is Ella Teft and I am 15 years old. I go to Haven High Academy in Boston, Lincolnshire and am currently studying for my GCSEs. I have been studying Child care and development in school for 3 years and am looking for a bit of work experience to prepare me for the future. I have had a little bit of experience as I take care of both of my younger siblings ages 5 and 12. I have also completed a week of work experience at Wyberton primary school, working with children ages 4-11.

I believe I've got good qualities as a child carer as I have patience and am willing to listen and motivate children to do the best they can with things (e.g, homework, extra curricular activities). I also believe I am a friendly and down to earth person and someone that anyone can come to to talk to. I like to have a laugh and a joke with people and I feel as though that is also a good property to have whilst working with children. I like creativity and sporting activities, which is good for children's intellectual and physical development, gross and fine motor skills.

I'm not looking to earn a lot of money, I'm just looking for some experience in the childcare industry.
