To keep this layout neat:
-Who am I: My name is Jake , I am a 16 year old boy currently studying for a levels in maths, physics, and biology (convenient for homework no?) and in my GCSEs I got an A* in English and an A in maths so primary and secondary school homework I'd excel in.
-Hobbies: Keeping fit at the gym, medieval combat (no I am not kidding), gaming and reading. My favourite author is HP Lovecraft and I try to keep on top of reading whenever possible.
-What type of care am I looking for: Children not currently on formula (I'm not very experienced in infant care, but if possible I am more than willing to learn. Any children really, I am always happy to babysit any kinds of children.
My qualities as a character: I'm lighthearted, patient, and I like to think of myself as charismatic. I can be stern when needed (two younger siblings who I babysit on the regular, 13 and 11). I try and take most situations I'm put in and put a humorous spin on it. Impressions, accents, and unfortunately...puns, I apologise in advance)
My Experience/games: I have babysat my two siblings nearly all my life, I have several versions of monopoly, munchkin, Othello, cards, and a Nintendo switch which I'm perfectly happy to bring to entertain the young 'uns. I have pokemon games, mario party, and smash bros. All in all I've got several toys and games at home which caters to every kind of child. Even Nerf guns if they're interested.
All in all, I hope to prove myself to be a mature individual in not only your eyes but everyone who might see me and consider me a good fit. At my age I'm immature at the best of times, but I can absolutely be stern if that's what the job calls for. Thank you if you made it this far, apologies for the long-winded biography.
Occasional babysitting | $7.00 per hour |
I recently got layed off from a previous job (budget cuts across the company) and so I'm currently looking for a stable (ish) income. Along with the shorter hours it should balance out my, now, lack of income.
