I am a caring, helpful and outgoing girl who children tend to feel safe happy and comfortable around. I have looked after children for friends of the family and i have done work experience in a outstanding ofsted report preschool and a primary school. I have a level 2 qualification in chald care and i have basic knowledge of first aid but not a first aid qualification. I am a fun person who always does what is best for the children and their family. I have also had experience with working with children who have had behaviour issues, which the child has became very attached to me but the child has calmed down alot and had begain to make friends with the other children in the setting. Last year there was some children that wouldnt talk to any member of staff but when i started in the october at the pre school one of the children took to me stright away and has became more confident in talking to other people.

Heather worked at Ravenstone Pre-School as part of her student placement whilst completing her Level 2 qualification at Stephenson College. She was with us for her unpaid placement from October 2014 until 10th July 2015. From September 2015 Heather has been with us one day a week as a volunteer. She works hard and always uses her initiative. Heather regularly arrives half an hour early. She also works extra days when asked. She is very kind and caring towards the children and shows patience at all times.
