Vicki, child care in Scunthorpe

i am called Vicki am 34 years old , i am looking to work with children , i love being around children with having my own children living me , i am a very reliable person , i am able to meet the childrens needs that they require , aswell as spending my time with them so they can develop and the experince to explore , i have done placement through out my college course in a nursery and i enjoyed the experience of working with children , i am a very understanding person your rest will be assured with the help you will get from me ,

my qualties as a childcarer is meeting the childrens development needs which are set boundaries , routines , there physical, emotional , intelectual , educational, spirtuaul needs and their wellbeing ,

my experience i had was doing activities is painting , colouring , water and sand play outside , playing board games i do this at home when we have quiet time before there bedtime routine and reading a book , and doing role play with the children , my experience that play is important to children with it being part of there development to explore the outside world , and as a parent i always follow their lead in play activiities , and help them learn through play .
