Nicole, child care - SN15 Chippenham

I am a motivated and dedicated person, with interests in SEN field but also teaching, HR and Psychology. I am currently writing an article about children with autism and hope to release it next year. I am a fully qualified teacher with BA and MA degree in Psychology, experienced in working with students exhibiting challenging behavior, emotional disorders and psychiatric illnesses. I am very passionate about research and use of learning resources, spending time in libraries and read, find journals and access databases I am very interested in helping students develop assignments using the right learning resources, this is mainly due to my College as part of my course was Library studies and study skills.
A few words to describe myself: very honest, reliable, sociable, punctual and dedicated person looking for the right opportunity to arise and give it my utmost to deliver and be a great member of a team, to share my knowledge and background with others, to learn from others and ultimately to help, support, guide and advice young children.
Very nurturing with children, I have plenty of experience of different settings; in the past I have been working as a volunteer for many hospitals of children such as neurological and psychiatric infant clinics and what I done was to support and carry out certain therapeutic programs with SEN children in order to get them better and improve their lifestyle.
As part of my experience I have also worked a lot in nurseries, small schools and educational settings as part of my university course where trainee psychology teacher, supply teacher and occasional support, psychologist, teaching assistant and children adviser were my main roles. I enjoy supporting children and helping them improving their life, their way of thinking and answering their questions.

I am looking to offer occasional babysitting mainly afternoons or evenings in Chippenham area, as I don't drive sadly. I am a non smoker and non drinker, very well presented and genuine. I hope to hear from you, kind wishes and thanks. Nicole
