Chloe, child care in Yate

My name is Chloe. I am 15 years old.
I have 4 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters aged 5 months - 13 years which i help look after and sometimes babysit. I used to look after and do the school run for some family friends children, I can provide their phone numbers on request.
I can do standard first aid and have a btec level in food. I am currently studying health and social care but already have a merit (B) in the subject.
My family members describe me as responsible, hard working, helpful and trustworthy young lady.
Availablity:
4:30 pm - 9 pm on week days and Sundays
9 am - 1pm and 5pm - 11pm on saturdays (hours flexible.)
My availability may vary if I have other work on.
I can provide help with cleaning and tidying, I can also cook for the children and can put them to bed.
Could you please give atleast 12 hours notice.
I can only work around Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Abbotswood.
I can't babysit children over 11 or under 2.
