My experience would be excellent in this line of because for four years I have worked in a nursery setting where I have to meet expectations everyday which include caring for children, reporting to my manager, communicating with parents and other professionals out with my setting. I ensure my learning activities are suited to each child’s stage of development, take observations and merge them into next steps for children to achieve their goals. Report incident which have occurred in the setting, risk asses and self asses on a daily basis.
