Natalie, childcare in Airdrie ML6

Hi my name is Natalie, I am 29 years and I have recently gained my qualification in HNC Early Education and Childcare and also my PDA Education Support Assistant. I am able to support each individual child's unique learning and development. I am committed to safeguarding the children and creating a safe stimulating environment. I have experience in planning indoor and outdoor activities as part of my training I had to plan, observe and assess the children's needs and ability for future progress. I am available to work any hours Monday to Friday. I come from a large family and have plenty experience with all age groups and also a mother myself, I have a 12 year old daughter and I love working with children.
