Hello, my name is Antonnette and I am currently looking for a weekend job. I have over 10 years experience working in a nursery, and I am currently the third manager in charge of my nursery branch. I am knowledgeable about the different aspects of child care, how to meet a child's needs and how to bring them happiness through experience and my foundation degree in Early years. I believe that children learn best through play, when a child initiates an activity they are more open to retaining any information they have learnt during that activity. I find great joy in seeing children grow and develop intellectually, when a child's needs are met they are truly able to express who they are as an individual.
