Hi my name is Rebecca but people call me Becci. I am 26 years old and I live with my husband and my two year old son.
I have a BTEC National Diploma in Early years and I have been on several training courses such as first aid, food hygeine, asthma awareness, allergy awareness and epi pen training to name a few. I have worked within nursery's for over 5 years with children from 3 weeks old to 5 years old. I was previously a senior nursery nurse leading a baby unit. I am currently a nanny to two children it has only been for three weeks during the holidays but I have really enjoyed it.
Being a parent I feel it really helps me empathise with parents and gives me a really good understanding of the importance of having someone who is kind and caring to look after your child or children. I am energetic, kind, caring and bubbly. I am confident within my role and I feel this shows with the relationships I develop with both children and family.
I love cooking and regulaly bake cakes, home made pizza and bread with the children we often get very messy : ). I have training in storys and treasure baskets as well as messy play and makkaton so as you can tell I love doing creative activities.

Explanation:

I charge £10 an hour for full time care as the hours needed are more and so the duties that I will carry out will be greater. This does include carrying out any household duties that are requested to be done as well as preparing and cooking meals and snacks and if needed preparing and cooking a family meal ready for when parents get home. I also like to take the children out to local parks and on walks and also with parents blessings on little trips.
