Rema, childcare - B9 Birmingham

I am a mother of 4 children , a teenager and 3 younger children at key stage 1 in primary school. I am if Muslim background. I am a very pro active mother and child care worker and I use skill from both to be the best at my jobs. My children do not own any digital devices (although they are aware of them and use them at school), as I believe spending time doing various activities with them to aid their constant learning. Whether it be curriculum based, outdoors and arts and crafts, my constant goal when doing them is that my children take something away from it to help them in their lives. I do not believe in putting children in front of a tv for the duration of requirement is child care, an often treat is fine but they could be doing so much more with their time.
I work in an ofsted rated outstanding children's centre where I apply my child care knowledge of the eyfs, safeguarding and health and safety to ensure all the session of childcare are successful. I gave previously at a privately owned nursery and as a civil servant with the Ministry Of Justice and DWP.
