I have worked in childcare for 17 years and have a natural affinity with children, the children's actions confirm this as they always actively seek me out and ask for me. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and management and hold an enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid certificate. I implement activities to suit the children's needs and interests and can expand easily on these to progress their understanding and logical thinking skills which helps to embed their life skills.
