Lucy, childcare in Bar hill

I am a dedicated hard working employee, i have a great love for wanting to work with children, my job is my priority and will always comes first. I am ambitious and always want to learn more and be more involved in my job role to the most i possibly can. Ive worked in a nursery setting for almost 2 years, I've almost completed my level 3 in this time. Since being there i worked for 1 year in the baby room as a practitioner, and a year in the toddler room working as a room leader. I find working with children to be an ambition in my life, i love to watch them grow and develop and it makes me even happier knowing that i can make a support that. In my past jobs i have been told that i have excellent people skills, and that i interact well with other members of staff and parents/customers. I am a bubbly, upbeat and sociable person and i work well in a team and independently. When i am told to do something i do it straight away and to my best ability. Even though i have only worked in childcare for just under 2 years, i have gained a lot of experience and can honestly say that I've enjoyed it since day one. I have a lot of training behind me as well
