Natalie, childcare - BD22 Oakworth

I am a highly motivated, conscientious and extremely capable childcare practitioner, with substantial experience in childcare management within a range of settings. I care for children and help them to prosper, learn and grow in their important first years giving them lots of positive encouragement. I also provide support for parents and carers to ensure they are happy and confident in the service provided. I am a Childcare Practitioner who has studied on the job to gain my NVQ level 3 showing myself to be organized and able to work while learning. I have skills, Knowledge and experience in all aspects of childcare. I am looking for a job where I can utilize my caring and enthusiastic approach to children of all ages. I am a team player and make good working relationships. I am eager to work where I can progress and have a genuine interest in the care and teaching of children. I have good relationships with children, I have excellent organization skills. I am very creative and love organizing activities, I feel children relate well to me and I always work in a very positive way showing the children they can always rely on me. I have a lot of experience with children I have been in childcare for 10 years and worked in three different nurseries which I have very much enjoyed and learnt a lot from being there, I have also worked at a school St Andrews CE primary school for 2 weeks experience. I also have experience as I have two younger brothers aged 5 and 8 which I look after on the weekends. At my current job I hugely enjoy it and am proud to say that the children are always excited to see me and want to be the first to tell me their stories about what they have been doing at the weekend etc . In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family I also enjoy walking.I have worked in the childcare industry for 10 years and have worked my way up to a level 3 nursery nurse . I have helped Woodside nursery achieve an good result at their last OFSTED report and also helped Wishing Well achieve OUTSTANDING for their OFSTED report.
