Hello my name is Lauren and I'm 27yrs old. I have vast experience in working with children from birth to 16yrs some with disabilities and behaviour needs and on a one to one basis. I used to be the main play leader at a child minders arranging outings, setting up activities and making sure the children were in a safe environment.
Supervising snack times and making sure the activities were all age appropriate.
More recently I have been a nanny/mothers helper for 2 family's which were only temporary but I really enjoyed.
I'm confident, understanding and always up for a challenge.
I have two children of my own and a deaf cousin which I learnt some makaton (baby sign language) to be able to communicate with him. I am looking for any type ad child care that's available but have more experience in mother's help/nanny and home childcare provider.
