I really enjoyed this role I love meeting new people and being part of a team . Im very keen to learn and love new challenges.

2011 -2013 Jack and Jill Nursery

My role within the nursery was varied within each room I worked in .
I supported and played with each individual child making sure their time at nursery was fun and educational.
Helping at meal times and cleaning the nursery area.
Nappy changing and toileting.

During this time I achieved my Paediatric first aide . At the nursery I learnt about the E.Y.F.S following this whilst observing each individual child and completing their learning journeys and profiles. I had a selection of key children at both settings so I understand the requirements needed.

Planning and observing each of my key children following the EYFS and Ofsted regulations making sure all children where safe and happy and achieving the best of the ability. Making partnership with parents explaining how their child has been that day arranging parents evenings through out the year.

More about me

I am a very passionate about children and young people. I have worked in the childcare industry for around 6 years now and have had a lot of fun on the way. I am looking for a new adventure. I understand how precious children are it’s like leaving your heart behind i now how important it is to make the parents feel at ease as well as the child. I am very creative and love getting messy and love encouraging the children in the different actives I have done .

I have recently had my own little boy so I can now relate to parents on many different levels . I have done numerous activities with children from babies to pre school one of my favourite has to be in our bugs and beast topic we went on a bug hunt the children loved finding all the different creatures and painting pictures of them . I am a very creative person who is very confident In what I do and very very passionate about my job I will always do to the best of my ability and enjoy challenges. Childcare is a very big part of my life and I’m hoping I can continue this journey with you.
