My name is Laura cole I live in burton near christchurch. I am 21 years old I have lived in the Bournemouth my whole life. I have now been driving for 3 years and have my own car. I have lots of experience with children, I have been in my current setting for nearly 3 years I spent the first year working with all ages the the last year and a half in the baby room. I have two nephews and two younger cousins who I see regularly and have my nephews over night. I have always wanted to work with children and love to get messy. I have pets of my own so never mind coming to a setting who have animals and love to take dogs for walk if needed. I believe I'm polite kind and gentle and will always show respect of homes and routines. I have always done lots of babysitting since I was 13. I am DBS checked, safeguarding and first aid trained. I feel I am very trustworthy and reliable I can offer references from babysitting or previous jobs I have worked in.

I currently work five days a week 8am till 6pm at burton day nursery being room leader. This involves paperwork preparing snack for the babies, making sure the environment is safe and clean and they have got suitable toys to fit there age group. Through the day i will be preparing babies there bottle and sterilising the bottles, changing nappies and also putting the babies to sleep following the parents routine.

BABYSITTING

In my spare time I carry out lots of babysitting for many families in and out of nursery and I will always respect the routine of the children. Sometimes I may need to give the children there tea or a bottle before bed. Some children I read stories or sing a song.
