Professional Experience:

-Work Experience at Bristol Myers-Squibb in Chester, England- from 11th July-15th July 2016:

During my work experience, I used mainly Costumer Service, Team Work and IT skills.
During my time there I also gained new skills as well as improving on old ones. This includes, communication, confidence building and dealing with issues on a daily basis.

-Babysitting: Christmas 2015-March/April 2016:

I babysat multiple children, from the ages of 2-6 years old.
I had to deal with certain situations such as putting them to bed and also I had to try to keep them entertained as most of them missed their parents. I feel this was helpful as it improved my patience and taught me valuable life skills.

-Volunteering at a charity shop (The Children’s Society)-Easter 2016:

At the shop, I learnt how to work a till which is very helpful when looking for future retail jobs. Also, I attended costumers which improved my communication skills. Another important thing I learnt, was how to close the till and how to do cash reconciliation which is as well useful for future retail jobs.
