Demi, childcare in Chattenden ME3

My name is Demi . Ive currently taken some time off work as I've recently become a mum to a beautiful 4 month old baby girl, I am looking to start working again. I have experience in a wide range of childcare areas including working ash a Childminding assistant for just over a year as well as nannying and after school care. These roles allowed me to gain great experience in caring for children from ages from 0-10 years. During my experience of working as a Childminding Assistant I was able to practice the role of caring for children on a daily basis whilst providing Ofsted standard care. My role would include breakfast, lunch and snack preparation, nappy changing and toilet training, setting up activities, observations, handling a child who is unwell/unsettled enjoying the role of learning time, monitoring nap time, taking part in parents evening, school pickups and drop offs, After school homework, keeping cleaning rotas up to date, making sure the register is weekly done, filling out each child’s day to day books the role of a key worker, weekly observations, identifying individual children's age and stage of development as well as strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes and much more. I am proud to say I am Level 3 Childcare and Education Qualified. I was very CRB checked in December 2014 and I hold a First Aid certificate.
I am a soft, kind hearted young lady and have children’s care and development at heart. I very much enjoy working with children, not only as a job but as an overall enjoyment. I am very welcoming and comfortable to be around; I love to become a part of the family when working in someone's home, and Im a honest and willing hard worker; I like to make sure I have everyone’s needs at heart including both the child's/children's and parents. I am great at working as a team or by myself and I am willing to help both children and parents the best I can, making sure I am able to reach the job role requirements to the best of my ability.
I have a full UK drivers licence and a reliable car
