Tracey, childcare - CM11 Billericay

Hello, my name is Tracey and I live in Billericay. I have two grown up children. I enjoy interior design and swimming.
I am NNEB qualified and have an enhanced DBS.
I am kind, caring relative and fun and I am passionate about working with children, and always ensure that every single child in my care is individually nurtured. I have 36 years experience working in the childcare field with children from 3 months to eleven years
I have a clean driving licence.
I am currently assisting a child with Speech and Language delay. In November 2016, I left my position as Officer in Charge of a Montessori Pre School. I had worked in this setting for 12 years.
Prior to that I had worked as a Supervisor at two Pre-Schools, managed a creche, worked as a volunteer at Snap and have worked as a part time nanny. I have attended many courses including
Managing Behaviour, Speech Language and Communication, Level 3 Designated Person for Safeguarding and many Special Needs courses. I was SENCO at the past three settings where I have worked.
