Shannon, childcare in Colne BB8

I'm Shannon, I'm 20 years old.
Recently had a baby which means I've decide to come out of work. This would be perfect for me to slowly get back into the swing of things.
I've done 3 years in childcare which lead on to Teaching assistant. (Level 2 childcare Level 3 TA) fully qualified and also have my own family which obviously give me more hands on experience than what a qualification would.
I'm very laid back and outgoing. Have my own ideas and activities and crafts by far has to be the one that's at the top.
I'm a great listener and people's children really like me. Form great relationships with parents and children throughout the time I spend with them.
