I am a mother of three grown up children I also have a foster son who is eleven & three grandchildren.
Many years ago now I worked as both a live in and live out nanny.. For the last thirty years we have been fostering. Caring for babies and children between hours and eleven years old including twins and special needs.
So I have lots of experience doing something I love.
I am loving, caring, patient, calm, honest and reliable. I do not smoke and have a clean driving licence. I am CRB checked and I am paediatric first aid trained.
I am looking for a part time position between 9-00 & 3-00.
Term time only preferably.
Also available for night nannying, proxy parenting, weekend nanny.

Career history:

January 2014 to present: baby 5 weeks old when started.
* All aspects of caring for baby including feeding, washing & dressing and
nappy changes.
* Stimulating baby through talking, singing, reading and play.
* Taking baby to mother and toddler groups for socialising and development.
* Preparing meals for weaning using fresh ingredients.
* Taking baby for daily walks.
* Supervising and keeping baby safe at all times.
* Baby's laundry.
* Keeping baby's nursery clean and tidy.
* Taking baby to clinic to be weighed.

1983 to present: foster carer.
* Caring for babies and children between the ages of newborn to eleven years old.
* All aspects of caring feeding, bathing and nappy changing etc.
* Caring for children with emotional, phycological, attachment and physical
damage.
* Attending medical, dental and opticians appointments.
* Responsible for their safety, wellbeing and development.
* Stimulating them through singing, reading, talking and playing.

1975-1983: caring for my own children. (Not working).
1968-1975worked as both live-in & live-out nanny, caring for babies & children between the ages of 3 months & 6 years.
1970 worked in day nursery temporary post for 6 months.
1975-1983 caring for my own children.
1983-2013 foster carer, caring for babies & children from newborn- eleven years old. Including twins, premature babies & special needs.
2014- present, nanny for baby 5 weeks old when I started in January.
