Luke, childcare in Cwmbran

Hi my name is Luke, I'm a 28 going 29 year old with wide ranging interests from drawing and art to film and design.

I have little experience in care, I have previously helped care for my nan and occasionally kids of my parents friends. I have always found it quite easy to understand and have fun with kids. It a limited skill but it helps to be a big kid at times.

I think its obvious that you have to be seen as someone fun to be around when caring for children. I play video games and like day trips so these are things I would bring to the table when looking after youngsters.

I'm not someone who will just put on the TV and leave them to it.

I'm a few years away from having children of my own, but see this as an opportunity to be well prepared for when the day does come.
