My full name is Lauren but everyone calls me Loz for short I'm 22 and been in the health care sector since i was 16.
I attended Thomas Telford School and started studying Health and Social Care in year 7 which I enjoyed from that day forward, I passed my GCSE's 8 A-C grades including Health and Social Care where we covered a long module on Child Care. I then went onto College where I attended New College for the first year and passed my A levels in Biology, Sociology and Health and Social Care. After the first year I went onto working in the care sector working with young adults with Spinal Cord injuries and have worked in a care home for the Elderly with Dementia. On work experience I have attended schools for children who require extra learning and those who have learning difficulties. I have been on courses where I have a Food Hygiene Certificate, First aid x2, Moving and handling and many more. I am a quick learner and enjoyed sitting for a friend of my mothers whilst she had to work, so cared for the baby 4-5 hours every weekend or so. Also helped my mother bring my sister up as there is an 11 year age gap between us. If there's anything else you need to know, feel free to contact me
