Hi there :)
My name is Jeanette, I am 22 years old and originally from Germany. I would be looking for a job as a part-time babysitter/ nanny or on a casual basis, mainly for younger children. I have always been very passionate about caring for children, and started with looking after my baby cousins when I was very young.
I also did childminding of twins from the age of 6 months to 3 years, whom I looked after while the parents were at work or had other commitments during the day.
I did a school internship in a day-time nursery in Germany where I mainly worked with children aged 0 to 2 years and also volunteered in a local gymnastic group for children aged 2 to 4, so I am sure we could agree on sportive activities that your kids could be involved in! I have also spent time looking after groups refugee children, all under 2 years old.
I have a Food Hygiene and a First Aid certificate and have also worked in a children's hospital in Germany.
I speak English and German fluently and have basic school knowledge of Spanish, which can be helpful if you want to raise your children in a bilingual environment. I also play a little guitar and am a keen singer and I would be more than willing to read books to your children or just play some music with them. I am a family person and stay in close contact with my family at home, so I would make sure you and your family members are always somehow involved in my interaction with the children.
Occasional babysitting | $8.50 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $8.00 per hour |
Rates are negotiable :)
I am quite experienced already and these are about the rates that I have been paid in previous jobs (I had to transfer it from Euros into pounds), but I am not fixed on them.
No recommendations yet, soon it will be your turn?
