Courtney, childcare - DN32 Grimsby

Hi my name is Courtney , 19 from Grimsby, as work experience I went to Lisle Marsden Church Of England Primary School for 2 weeks as a work placement with Havelock Academy (secondary school) in 2012. I was working with children ages 4-7 years. i would help them with their maths e.g. adding, subtracting and counting. I loved every minute of it.

I help my best friend with her daughter who is 2 years old, i.e. take her to school (sometimes) play games with her speak with her and help her with pronunciation of words.

I use to babysit for a friend who has 2 children for 2 years, i would put them to bed, play games, watch films, make bottles for the youngest. when i first started babysitting youngest was 1 now she is 4 oldest she was 9 now she is 11.

I have 1 younger brother and 1 younger sister. When my Parents use to go out somewhere i would look after them. But with them growing up i don't need to anymore.
