Emma, childcare in Dunfermline KY12

Hi, My name is Emma.
I am 16, coming 17 in August, bright and caring girl. Just started my 6th year in Woodmill High School, but hopefully going into College (Halbeath Campus) in September this year to study Social Sciences. I love to volunteer and help out where I can, my most recent volunteering job was with RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) where, with the help of horses and ponies, they provide therapy for adults and children with disabilities all over the UK. I would help out on Saturdays at Shiresmill getting the horses ready for the kids to ride. The majority of the kids that we would see had autism or ADHD, there were also a few that did have mobility issues and speech problems as well. I would then look after the children when they are on the horses doing their activities, also getting the children off and on the horses at the beginning and at the end of the lessons, the children that we would typically look after would be between the ages of 4 to 15 years old. I have a great understanding and patience for children with these particular disabilities and can help out and look after children in this area. I also help out time to time looking after my friends nieces and nephew whom are similar ages with the children that I would see at RDA. I am looking to help out wherever needed, I love playing games and helping children learn and grow as well as having some fun. I am a kind, patient person whom is very understanding and is able to think of her feet and come up with and/or adjust to certain situations.
