Georgia, childcare in Edington BA13

My name is Georgia and I am 22 years old. I am a very patient, kind, caring and positive person. I am very passionate and enthusiastic when it comes to working with children and families.

I have not had experience nannying before other than for my family and friends children of a variety of ages.
However, for the past 4 years I have had experience in working with children in a primary school between the ages of 4 and 6 which I have thoroughly enjoyed. This has involved supporting both groups of children and 1:1 support. Next September I will be starting my teacher training in Early Years. I have worked in a care home supporting the elderly with complex needs for 3 years, which has enabled me to apply important skills such as organisation, taking on increased responsibility and patience. I have also worked in a kitchen in the care home so I have had relevant food hygiene training and am able to cook well. I am currently in my third year of completing an Early Years and Childhood studies degree. I will finish in May. This degree has enabled me to gain a huge amount of knowledge on important aspects when working with children between the age range of 0-12 years, such as, child development/psychology, teaching, supporting and looking after children and safeguarding. I am happy and feel confident working with all ages.

From May onwards I will be flexible to work any hours. I may be away for a possible two weeks in early June and a possible week in July.

From September 2017 onwards I will be unavailable other than in the school holidays, due to starting my teacher training.
