My name is Maeve . I am a student from Ireland who is currently studying in Edinburgh. I am currently in fourth year and plan to go into teaching after I finish my degree. I come from a family of seven so I have plenty of experience of caring for children of all ages. Living on my own for four years I would class myself as a confident cook and would have no problem preparing lunches or meals for the children. I also drive my own car, and have had my licence for three years so am confident on the road. I went to work in america one year ago on a camp and had to care for children of all ages. I worked as a lifeguard and have both my waterfront certificate and CPR/Health and safety certificate. I have taught drama, swimming to children of different ages and this past summer I worked in a summer scheme caring for 3 year olds+. I am free most afternoons and evenings, and am free all day Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Occasional babysitting | $7.50 net pay per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $6.50 net pay per hour |
My minimum rate at my previous place of employment, 'Build a Bear' workshop was £6.50. So I would have to start off at this figure.
