As my application indicates I have gained several years of progressive experience from working within a busy office environment to employment within the care sector. I am empathetic, caring and discreet, having worked closely with vulnerable people both employed and within my personal life that had both psychical and emotional needs, whilst retaining a calm and professional approach to all tasks undertaken.
I my past employment I have enjoyed gaining experience in wide ranging areas from personal care, mental health and emotional well-being, to housekeeping, administration, and staff organisation. I have a keen interest to train, learn and update my knowledge to develop my career.
I possess good organisational skills, can receive and carry out instructions with competence, precisely and to a high standard, and able to take the initiative in decision making. I am also punctual, positive, good humoured and fun whilst being responsible, trustworthy and committed to my work.
I have good, basic IT skills and am currently enrolled on an ECDL Level 2 course for computer literacy and Microsoft applications. I am competent with written and verbal instructions and record keeping. I also have excellent communication skills being punctual, articulate, well-spoken and polite.
I am reliable, practical and motivated, excellent at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure with a good eye to detail I can prioritise my work load with good time management and a flexible approach to my work.
I have many years raising my own children, three of which have left home and live and work independently, our youngest son lives at home and attends local primary school.
I hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
