Demi-leigh, childcare in Fremington

I am a well rounded young adult who has gained lots of experience with children both of mainstream levels and those with additional needs. I'm a college student and I'm on my second year studying health and social care at level 3. I'm enthusiastic and energetic with the knowledge of when that's appropriate and when boundaries need to be enforced. I like to promote independence of all abilities and offer support where necessary ensuring children and young people are aware I noticed their achievements, I have worked at an activity club for children with additional needs for about 6 months and have experienced a wide variety of needs including carrying out personal care ensuring dignity at all times. I am DBS checked and have undergone first aid training as part of my course, manual handling as part of my college course and I have taken team-teach training at my current job. I am used to interacting with children using games like board games, taking them out and about and regularly do this with family, and at work at an activities club.
