Amy, childcare - G5 Glasgow

I am 25 year old trainee teacher with several years experience in working with young children.

I have worked in a nursery as well as nannying and babysitting. In addition, I have worked as and English teacher in Spanish schools. I have experience in tutoring children and young people. I am currently working with older children now, at secondary school age.

I have been first aid trained and have an SVQ 3 in children and young people and I am studying to gain my PDGE in secondary education. No matter the age, the child always is at the centre of my practice. I have a degree in French from the University of Stirling.

I like ensure children have a choice in the activities we take part in. I like doing messy play with children and taking them out on trips and to the park.
