Grace, childcare in Glasgow

Hello my name is Grace I am 23 and I love in the Southside of Glasgow I currently work I pirie park primary school as a support for learning worker. I absolutely love my job , I love working with children they definitely brighten up my day and bring a smile to my face, I have recently gained my qualification in childcare and I am hoping to gain a post as a nursery teacher working a Glasgow city council establishment. Before working as a support for learning worker I worked as a nursery administrator for 5 years so I have plenty experience working in the childcare sector. I myself have a big family and genuinely love being around children , for me it’s important to build up close bonds with children so when they are with me they feel safe and happy, also seeing the children’s progression through time not only in an educational way but also watching their confidence and communication skills improve. I also take the girls football team in the primary school I work in.
