Joelle, childcare in Great linford MK14

My name is Joelle and I'm 16 years old looking for a summer job. I am interested in babysitting because of my 2 younger siblings and large family consisting of many babies and young children. I have been given the responsibility of looking after them on many occasions, through this I have acquired some skills that are essential in childcare. For instance multi tasking, when faced with 2 or more children you have to do many things whilst keeping an eye on them, for example whilst preparing a meal you have to be continuously cautious of the meal and the children, this is a skill I have conquered and many others. I am a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individual who will give your children a fun experience whilst educating them. I have experience in team work, in most cases my role is group motivating to prepare us for a takes, I can effectively apply this to your child helping motivate them for homework, sports or any other activities.
