Grace, childcare in Havant

I’m Grace, 17, with 5 years experience babysitting children from just a few months old up to 11yrs. I have been working in a nursery as an apprentice since April, however am now looking for a babysitting job instead. I also have a valid DBS certificate.
For your children, I am able to prepare meals, snack and bottles and feed them; change, bath and keep children and household clean; help children with homework and set up fun activities both indoors and out.
I love helping children to learn, and can help them with learning their maths English and other subjects. I also love seeing children develop into the best person they can be, and feel happy when I have been a part of that.
I have a GCSE in child development, music, art, maths and English which is helpful when it comes to children’s art/messy time, and teaching them a little bit in music.
It is important for children to develop their fine and gross motor skills, especially in their earliest years, so I always make sure I am setting them activities for this, such as ‘tummy time’ for really young children and activities that involve bigger movements in arms and legs(gross motor skills) and drawing e.t.c for the fine motor skills. I also have experienced in keeping record of children’s sleep times, nappy change times, how much/what they have eaten.
I understand they importance of building relationships with parents and making them feel happy that their children are safe in my care.
