Georgie, childcare in Hemel hempstead HP3

Hi my name is Georgie and i am 24 years old, i live in hemel hempstead and currently work in a nursery as assistant deputy manager. I am a fun caring and reliable individual who takes pride in their work.
I have 8 years experience working in a day nursery and have been lucky to have completed all my training and qualifications within the same setting. Due to being based in babies, toddlers and pre-school I am experienced and confident in working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. I have also had experience of babysitting children from ages 5 to 12 years. I work closely with parents and carers ensuring that each individual child's needs are met and also keeping to the same routine parents have at home. I plan toy charts weekly for my children along with observing them using the Early Years Foundation Stage. I also work with the children daily helping them to achieve mile stones as well as ensuring they get the most out of their time spent within the setting.
