Deputy Manager- Secret Garden Day Nursery May 2017- Present
Duties include supporting the management and general running of the nursery. Managing staff in the nursery on a daily basis ensuring everything is done to the highest standard and highest level of professionalism. Weekly planning using the EYFS framework. Providing a stimulating environment for children ensuring we meet every social, emotional and developmental need of each child. Building positive relationships with all children, parents and staff members. Providing exciting and refreshing activity ideas for all children differentiating them to every child’s needs. Liaising with outside agencies such as social workers and health visitors. Making sure we all provide a safe and secure nursery in which the children enjoy coming to everyday.
