I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. I am a parent to adult autistic daughter so i am able to use my skills as a parent to help in all the knowledge i have acquired in my job. At present i am working in a nursery setting where i have been for the last 11 years. I mainly worked in the baby room but recently moved into the 2-3's room.
I am the SENCO with experience of care for a child with cerebral palsy. I have also recently completed Level 1 'Let's talk for under 5's' which worked alongside speech and language training.
