I am a qualified Nursery Nurse, as well as raising my own children I have undertaken several years of voluntary work in various schools, which has gained me a very valuable knowledge and experience in working with young children.
During my time as a volunteer I have had many responsibilities in the class: setting up resources, administration work such as filing children’s work, Supervising play activities indoors and outdoors, making and maintaining learning resources.
As a bilingual person I have the added advantage of being able to communicate with parents who only speak urdu/Punjabi. I am a very dedicated person, dependable, trustworthy, highly organised and great with children.

Through my experiences I recognise qualities such as punctuality, behaviour management, humour and a calm demeanour in stressful or busy periods are important.
