Nikki, childcare in Brighton

My name is Nikki , I am 17 in a months time. I am a creative, caring and hard working person who is passionate about working with children and making sure they have the best possible care. I have experience of looking after babies and children with a range of ages and needs. I am able to plan and deliver high quality activities that are age appropriate and encourage their learning and development. I have experience of communicating and supporting parents with the care of their children.

I am patient, I have excellent communication skills. I have 3+ years experience of looking after children. I am aware of health and safety issues when caring for children.

I like to make children feel comfortable around me by giving them time, patient and understanding. I like to read stories when they go to bed or any other time of the day. I like to play games of their choice and I also like to use my imagination when working with children.

I like to sit down and do their homework with them, making it a little bit easier for them to understand and make learning fun in an imaginative way.

I am an arty type of person, I like to draw, paint, doodle, colouring in.

I am full of energy and enthusiastic, I praise them when they do things correctly. (E.g - good listening, great colouring ect)

I am there to support and encourage them and help them if necessary.
