Shivon, childcare in Cheltenham GL52

I currently study at the University of Gloucestershire. I have gained my level 4 in Early Childhood Studies. I am looking do do work where i am more interactive and focused on 1 or 4 max children at a time, as i feel this allows me to focus more on their needs and enables me to give them the best care i can.

I have always had a passion for working and interacting with children. As long as I can remember, I’ve known I want to pursue a career in childcare where I can help children build new skills and grow to achieve their goals and ambitions. I have gained both the knowledge and skills to understand what it would is like working with children. My experience includes babysitting, volunteering to help with activities and induction days with key stage 3 and working at a range of nurseries. Additionally, I have been a mentor to help to support with reading.

I have always been told that I am a motherly figure with my very caring and compassionate nature.

I am a very hard working, respectful, patient, neat and tidy person. I am willing to take time to make sure all tasks that I have been given are completed correctly, to the best of my ability and within the time that I am given. I am up for new challenges.
