Trudie, childcare in Clyro HR3

I'm trudie, i live on the welsh/English border with my 2 children and partner.
I'm currently looking for part time work in the field of childcare. I believe I have a kind and nurturing nature when looking after children and feel children thrive when they feel safe in their environment. I have experience from newborn up to 11. This is from having 2 children of my own along with working with babies in a previous role and with other ages in a nursery and after school club. I have experience of being in supervisory roles.
I feel that children learn best through play and by facilitating their play as an adult can engage and extend their interests allowing them to own their play. I prompt the development of language by talking to children about what the are doing commenting on play and extending language by adding vocabulary. Books are a passion of mine and I love to read with children and make books fun and interactive in a range of ways.
