Hi there. My name is Sharon. I am a married Mum, with three grown up girls. My hobbies include wedding flower arranging and quite breaks away in the caravan at the weekends with our dogs. I am very much a family person. I currently work as a full time manager in a childcare setting in Corby. I have trained through childcare since 2006 to where I am today. I have gained a level 3 diploma in early years and I have gained A Team Leading level 2 Certificate and I am currently taking a Management Level 3 Diploma. I have good knowledge in safeguarding issues of which I update myself via training through work. I have worked with all ages of childcare including babies up to the age of 12 as I also ran the afterschool and holiday club for a while in my current setting before being a pre school manager. I am also the enhanced SENCo for the setting ensuring children with additional needs can progress for school readiness. I have gone on to management level over the past 3 years. I do also drop on to being chef to cover sick and holidays so I have cooked for around 80 children including special diets. I consider myself to be completely trustworthy and I can fulfil this type of role no problem.

Taking into consideration there are three children and my experience I can offer I think this is a fair hourly rate. Although I am prepared to negotiate, would car allowance be paid? as this may make a difference to my choice. I don't currently work independently and so I'm not self employed or OFSTED registered. Do you need me to be or will the parent be sorting the payroll themselves? I do believe the parent will be prepared to pay for the right person, so it is their choice.
