Agneta, childcare in Liverpool L4

My name is Agnes (everybody calls me Aggie). My experience comes from an international boarding school. I was houseparent for almost 3 years. I had children in my care every day between 8 or 12, ages 5-12. I was doing with the children all kind of activities, such as outgoings, arts and crafts, sports, reading, games.
I am Hungarian, originally from Romania.
In my experience to discipline the child, they need to feel, to see that you care about them, you love them, then discipline comes easier.
